Due to overwhelming response, the ₹99 pricing for the Algebra membership and Raffle. This price is subject to change at Algebra Clothing discretion without prior notice.

By purchasing the ₹99 Mystery Raffle Entry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Pricing & Changes

  • The membership was previously priced at ₹59, but due to an overwhelming response, the new price is ₹99.
  • This pricing is subject to change at Algebra Clothing discretion without prior notice.

2. Raffle Entry & Membership Access

  • Your ₹99 payment grants you 1 raffle entry and access to exclusive Algebra membership benefits.
  • Multiple purchases (₹149, ₹298, ₹447, etc.) will result in additional raffle entries, increasing your chances of winning but not guaranteeing a win.
  • This payment does NOT guarantee the receipt of any product.

3. No Product Guarantee

  • The ₹99 payment is for raffle entry and membership access only.
  • A limited number of winners will be selected randomly to receive the product.
  • Non-winners will still retain their Algebra membership access.

4. No Refunds & No Chargebacks

  • All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • No chargebacks, cancellations, or complaints will be accepted once the payment is processed.

5. Raffle Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly after the contest ends.
  • The winner selection process is final, and no disputes or objections will be entertained.

6. Membership Benefits (Non-Tangible Perks)

  • As an Algebra Clothing member, you may receive exclusive discounts, early access to products, and VIP perks.
  • These benefits are subject to change at Algebra Clothing’s discretion and may be updated or removed without prior notice.

7. No Legal Claims

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for raffle entry and membership access, NOT for a product.
  • You waive any right to file a chargeback, dispute, or legal claim against Algebra Clothing regarding this purchase, its benefits, or the non-receipt of any product.

8. Price Changes & Availability

  • The ₹99 price is a limited-time offer and may increase based on demand.
  • Membership slots are subject to availability and may be closed at any time without prior notice.

9. Fraud & Abuse Policy

  • Any attempt to misuse, resell, or exploit the membership or raffle program may result in immediate termination without a refund.
  • Algebra Clothing reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent or abusive transactions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing the ₹99 payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not proceed with the payment.
